About Shipping Charges

A flat $7 shipping fee applies to every order to the United States — no minimums, no thresholds. Orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so customs duties and local taxes are prepaid on your behalf — nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Orders ship from our Japan studio via tracked airmail; most destinations arrive within 5–7 business days.
Multi-package orders may ship separately. Each parcel is tracked individually and emailed to you when dispatched.

Orders ship from our Japan studio by international air packet — delivered straight to the recipient’s mailbox rather than handed over in person, so there are no redelivery delays from a missed delivery. It travels a little slower than express airmail such as EMS.

West Coast and major cities (for example Los Angeles or San Francisco) tend to arrive sooner; regional or East Coast addresses may take 1–3 days longer for US domestic transit.

How many labels do I need for a full school year?

Most school-age families order 80–120 labels — covering uniforms, gym clothes, lunch boxes, water bottles, stationery, books, and shoes. A larger mixed pack is the safest pick for families with more than one child.

What is the best label for school uniforms?

For shirts, sweaters, and PE kits, non-iron fabric labels are designed to stay attached through everyday washing. For blazers and items you cannot iron, tag labels snap directly onto the care tag without damaging the fabric.

Are the labels made for the school washing machine and dryer?

Yes. Our fabric labels are made for everyday wash and dryer cycles, and our water-resistant labels are designed to resist hot water, soap, and scrubbing. They are made for everyday school-year use.

Can I use the same labels for school books and stationery?

Yes. Our small water-resistant labels are designed for irregular surfaces — pencils, erasers, rulers, and textbook covers. They peel and stick cleanly without leaving residue.

My school requires names on every single supply. What is the easiest way?

A name stamp covers paper, notebooks, worksheets, and flat surfaces with one press. For 3D items, pair with small water-resistant labels. The combination handles 95% of typical "must be named" school lists.

How do labels handle hand-me-downs between siblings?

Tag labels can be removed and reapplied to fit a new owner. For fabric labels, you can layer the new name over the previous one, or peel non-iron labels off carefully when reusing the item.

Can I order labels for multiple children in one go?

Yes. Each label customization is per-child, but you can add several customized packs to the same cart. Mixed-family orders ship together for one flat $7 shipping charge.

Can I get the labels in time for the first day of school?

Orders placed before 9:00 AM JST ship the next business day. Standard US delivery is 5–7 business days from our Japan studio. Plan to order at least 2 weeks before the start of term for relaxed delivery.
