When you personalize a product, any child’s name or text you enter is provided by you, the adult purchaser, and is treated as part of your order information. By submitting any personalized text, including a child’s name or any other information potentially relating to a child, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of such child, or have obtained explicit permission from the parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information directly, please contact us at info@onamaeseal.jp and we will delete it.
Data retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. This includes the personalized text provided for your labels, which we keep to facilitate re-orders or customer support inquiries.
International data transfer
Please note that your information will be transferred outside of your country of residence, including to Japan and Canada (where Shopify’s servers are located). By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.
