About Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our studio in Japan in 1–2 business days, and most US addresses arrive 7–10 business days from dispatch — about 8–12 business days from order to doorstep.
There may be cases where it is not possible to ship in one package. In that case, it will be shipped in two packages.

About Shipping Charges

A flat $7 shipping fee applies to every order to the United States — no minimums, no thresholds. Duties and taxes aren’t collected at checkout; any import charges are set by US customs and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Orders ship from our studio in Japan via tracked airmail; most destinations arrive 7–10 business days from dispatch.
Multi-package orders may ship separately. Each parcel is tracked individually and emailed to you when dispatched.

About Payment

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Shopify Payments, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are all accepted at checkout.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are available for one-tap checkout on supported devices. PayPal can also be started straight from the top of checkout — pay with your PayPal balance or a linked card, no card details to re-enter.
All payments are processed in USD over a secure encrypted connection. Receipts are emailed instantly.

Orders ship from our studio in Japan by international air packet — delivered straight to the recipient’s mailbox rather than handed over in person, so there are no redelivery delays from a missed delivery. It travels a little slower than express airmail such as EMS.

West Coast and major cities (for example Los Angeles or San Francisco) tend to land at the earlier end of that range; regional or East Coast addresses at the later end.

For international shipping, we cannot specify a delivery date or a time slot. Your order ships as soon as it is ready, and the carrier delivers on its standard schedule.
