Orders ship from our studio in Japan by international air packet — delivered straight to the recipient’s mailbox rather than handed over in person, so there are no redelivery delays from a missed delivery. It travels a little slower than express airmail such as EMS.
West Coast and major cities (for example Los Angeles or San Francisco) tend to land at the earlier end of that range; regional or East Coast addresses at the later end.
A flat $7 shipping fee applies to every order.
For international shipping, we cannot specify a delivery date or a time slot. Your order ships as soon as it is ready, and the carrier delivers on its standard schedule.
Most US addresses arrive 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Yes — our fabric labels are non-iron. You simply peel and finger-press them onto clothing, no heat or sewing needed, and they are designed to stay attached through regular washing.
A typical preschool starter needs 60–80 labels across clothes, shoes, lunchboxes, and water bottles. Most families order one mixed pack of 90 to be safe.
Orders are dispatched from our studio in Japan in 1–2 business days — the next business day if you order before 9:00 AM JST. From dispatch, most US addresses arrive in 7–10 business days.
Duties and taxes aren’t collected at checkout. Any import charges are set by US customs, not by us, and are the recipient’s responsibility — contact us if you’re asked for anything unexpected.
