  • Multi-package orders may ship separately. Each parcel is tracked individually and emailed to you when dispatched.

Orders ship from our studio in Japan by international air packet — delivered straight to the recipient’s mailbox rather than handed over in person, so there are no redelivery delays from a missed delivery. It travels a little slower than express airmail such as EMS.

West Coast and major cities (for example Los Angeles or San Francisco) tend to land at the earlier end of that range; regional or East Coast addresses at the later end.
